Should a parent/carer wish to make a complaint, please follow the procedure below: 

Raise any issues with the Principal in the first instance. You can contact her through her PA, Ms Traynor, on jtraynor@kingsleyacademy.org. Ms Traynor will inform the Principal of your concerns as soon as possible. The Principal will then speak with you before investigating and then updating you on the outcomes of her investigation.

 If you feel that the Principal's feedback to you has failed to resolve the situation or your complaint is about the Principal herself,  then please contact the Chair of the Management Board, Robert Turner, either via the Principal's PA or directly on rturner@academiesenterprisetrust.org.
