The Department for Education (DfE) announced the Key Stage 5 2017 progress figures for schools nationally this month and Kingsley Academy’s 6th form claimed the top spot in Hounslow for its summer 2017 exam outcome. The school achieved a progress figure of 0.34 which indicates that Kingsley teachers add significant value to the results of their students - in fact, this figure puts Kingsley in the top 5% of the country.

Delighted Principal, Lesley Kirby-Klappholz said, “This measure tracks each student’s performance across time so it is an excellent indicator of what an individual school can do to enhance a student’s performance regardless of their entry level. This demonstrates the confidence I have in Kingsley staff and students. The quality of teaching at Kingsley Academy helps students to achieve and exceed their goals. I am delighted that our progress has put us in such a strong position. We are continuing to  ensure that we deliver these kinds of outcomes consistently going forward.”
